Observatory/Equipment
Observatory:
I image primarily from my back yard. For the first few years of my imaging hobby, I set up and tore down each session. Early in 2008, I took delivery of a Sirius Observatory dome, which now houses most of my equipment.
The dome is positioned in such a way that the entire sky is not visible from within it, so I still set up and tear down my portable setup in the backyard for targets outside the range of the dome.
Equipment:
I hesitate to list my equipment simply because it is in quite a bit of
flux lately. Nevertheless, here is my equipment list as of February 2011.
